This one will just be a quick update because not much has changed since last week. My weight has pretty much stayed the same, give or take a pound and my diet hasn’t really changed either. I did notice that I was less hungry this week and therefore not eating as much. There were a few times where I would have to force myself to have dinner. I do eating a pretty big, calorific lunch, so I understand why. I’ve also been upping my fat intake as I think that’s why I stalled on the weight-loss front for a couple of weeks.
So yeah, nothing new. I’m still loving it. Still enjoying the food.
I am heading to Mexico on Sunday and will not be eating strictly keto. I am pretty much going to eat and drink whatever I want while I am there. So I might gain or I might lose. I don’t really care to be honest. I care more about enjoying myself than what the scale says. If I do gain, I can lose it when I get back. It’s no big deal.
What I am hoping is to ovulate before I leave. That way I don’t have to worry about what I might eat that may delay my ovulation because that is my reality, folks.
Anyway, I will see you all when I get back from Mexico.
